Author Seeds sells hemp seeds, as well as other articles of trade that are absolutely legal in Spain, but always under the condition that customers do not use them for other purposes than those permitted by law. We do not wish to induce anyone to act against the law. We expressly point out that anyone who buys seeds from Author Seeds is responsible for their own future acts. We do not accept any responsibility with reference to this point.

Author Seeds has never authorized and will never authorize third parties to distribute the seeds in countries where the trade in hemp / cannabis seeds is illegal, so we reject any responsibility in this regard.

-PAYMENTS METHODS

-RETURNS

 The law obliges to offer the customer the possibility of returning the product within a minimum period of 14 days from the date of delivery, if a purchase that contains several products is delivered on different dates, the 14 days begin to be counted from the date delivery of the last product. Regardless of whether Author Seeds asks the customer for information about the reason for the return, the customer is not required to justify it. Likewise, he cannot be penalized for exercising the right to refund within the defined period.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after day 1, in which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the final order.

You will have to send back your package with its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.

Important: Seeds are living matter, once they leave our facilities, it loses traceability of what happens to the seed, so we cannot be held responsible for a return due to poor conservation, despite this, we will study each specific case since there can always be cases punctual.

-RETURN MANAGEMENT

After communication of the withdrawal, the customer will have to return the merchandise within a maximum of 14 calendar days. For its part, Author Seeds must reimburse the payment before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the return decision. Author Seeds may retain the refund of the price until they have received the products back or a proof of their return.

-EXPENSES DERIVED FROM THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

When a customer expressly requests the return of a product or order within the stipulated period, he has the right to receive a refund of the total amount of the purchase, including the initial shipping costs.

In the event that the customer uses a more expensive shipping method than the ordinary shipping method, he will be responsible for the price difference.

We will make the refund using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. You will not be charged any expenses for said refund.
